On May 11, 2009, WorkSafeBC launched a new online Claims Management Solutions (CMS) system to streamline and manage the claims process more effectively, and improve service to customers. We are experiencing some difficulties as we adopt this new way of processing claims.
Customer service is our highest priority and we will continue to try to provide the best possible service and keep service disruptions to a minimum. However, given the magnitude of the change, we are experiencing unexpected problems with the new system and business processes and these problems have resulted in some service delays. Our staff are working extremely hard to provide service during this very difficult period and we are working to improve this situation as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
